Your obviously looking for a great and reliable plumbing company no need to look any further. Peter is the BEST! He installed a water heater for me with his helper Eddie yesterday. He also previously installed a beautiful kitchen faucet. Highly recomended and the best customer service. You hire Peter once believe me he will be the plumber you will always call to do all your plumbing needs.

I called Peter early in the morning thinking it was our water heater that was leaking water. Frantic that we would have to replace or fix the water heater we purchased 3 years ago. Peter called us back right away, came out that morning. He was honest, it was not our water heater, and very helpful to me and my husband. We said we now have a plumber for life! thank you Peter / Batts Plumbing!

Great service and always goes the extra mile. Very down to earth and hard workers. 100% recommend. Also they are very good at showing up when needed or help you find someone else if not available. Best service ever.

Batts has been incredibly responsive and accommodating in our experiences with them. They also take time to explain the mechanics of the issues that might be causing your problems. Also as a point to their honesty, they will let you know if some issues could be fixed yourself, but if you don't have that confidence they will offer to take up those jobs as well. Very happy with our interactions.

Peter was amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He arrived within an hour of us calling, which was such a relief because our pipes were frozen and we had no idea what to do. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed us the pipes so we could understand what was going on. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Within 15 minutes after he left, our water was running again. We’re so grateful for his quick response.

I had a great experience with Peter from Batts Plumbing. I called around 4:00 last night about an issue with my kitchen sink, and even with the freezing temperatures and likely dealing with emergencies, he made time to fit me in. He was professional, prompt, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend him!
